Restricted Animals: Exotic or wild animals such as snakes, rabbits, ferrets, rodents, reptiles, and certain insects (scorpions, tarantulas, ants, black widows) are not permitted. Pet Screening: All applicants, whether they have pets or not, are required to complete the Pet Screening process during the application. Approval from the apartment office is necessary before moving in. Contact the office for detailed pet criteria and the pet agreement. Pre-Move-In Requirement: Prior to moving in, the Apartment Community Manager needs to see the animal(s) and a photo of the animal(s).
